Students
Manhattan Christian Academy expects that its students live lives above reproach, showing respect to God, family, country, faculty, fellow students, and school property.
Disrespect toward teachers or other students, lying, cheating, cursing, theft, and vandalism will not be tolerated and will result in disciplinary action.
Students are not permitted to leave school grounds at any time of the school day unless accompanied by a staff member or parent. This includes when children stay for an after school activity. They may not leave the building until the activity is over unless they have written permission from their parents.
Manhattan Christian Academy is God's property. Respect for the appearance and care of our school is part of our Christian testimony. Sitting on desks, carving and defacing furniture, eating in prohibited areas, throwing things, littering, etc., are not permitted. Willful damage or destruction of school property will not be tolerated. All damage must be paid for, whether willful or accidental. Students should report any damaged furniture or other school property to their teacher immediately.
